Good news Australian Star Wars fans! Foxtel, the Australian pay television company, will be brining Disney XD to the service on April 10th. This means the weekly Star Wars Rebels animated TV series that will air in October will be available on Foxtel.

From the official press release:

Disney XD will feature the exclusive premiere of Star Wars Rebels, a new animated series from Lucasfilm that takes place in the time between Episodes III and IV.

A Star Wars Rebels hour-long special and shorts will premiere on Disney XD this Spring, followed by the series launch in October.

Disney XD (channel 708) will be available to residential subscribers in the Kids & Music pack, and also on Foxtel Go.
